- Is there a minimum commitment? No — packages are designed around your needs. We'll discuss what makes sense for your organisation before any commitment is made.
- Will employee sessions be reported back to us? No. Employees engage in a fully confidential therapeutic relationship. Nothing discussed in sessions is reported back to the employer.
- Can sessions be online as well as in person? Yes — sessions can be delivered in person at my Norwich practice or online, whichever works best for your team.
- How quickly can a package begin? Once we've had an initial conversation and agreed the scope, sessions can usually begin within a short period. Get in touch to discuss timelines.
